How it works

Wallet credits cover everyday platform usage.

Charges are deducted automatically when a service is used. If the balance drops below your chosen minimum, the wallet can auto-recharge using the card on file.

U.S./Canada pricing

Rates reflect standard U.S./Canada pricing unless otherwise noted. Other countries follow upstream international rates.

Segments and minutes

SMS/MMS charges are based on segments. Voice calls are rounded up to the next whole minute.

Attempted delivery

A message is billed when delivery is attempted, even if it is not ultimately delivered. Undelivered messages are not refunded.

Discount scope

The 10% discount applies to U.S./Canada phone numbers, SMS, and voice calls. It does not apply to Section 4 add-ons.

Client rebilling

On higher subscription tiers, usage charges may be re-billed to clients; markup may be available on the top tier.
